Your Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel this shoot within 14 days from the date this form is acknowledged by us. We will return any booking fee paid.
If the photographer has to cancel the session for reasons beyond their control (death, injury, sickness etc) then their liability shall be limited to a full refund of any monies paid.
Ownership Rights & Responsibilities
The Photographer and Client agree that unless stated otherwise in this document, the Photographer owns any and all copy or reproduction rights. The Client agrees to not reproduce or copy any proof or other photographs of the event, taken by the Photographer, without the Photographer’s written permission. The Client is granted a print release to reproduce the final produced digital JPEG images for personal use only if digital files form part of an agreed package or collection.
Payment Requirements
To secure the session date and time, the Photographer requires the booking fee together with a submitted “Details” form. The Photographer will not hold any date open without receipt of said payment & completed form. The Client understands and agrees that the Photographer will not take other bookings for your slot following your confirmed booking. Following your cancellation period, the booking fee is non-refundable for any reason, except if Photographer cancels this agreement.
Images
The Photographer agrees that every effort will be made to provide high quality photographic services. In the unlikely event that a catastrophic failure should occur to the Photographer’s equipment or transport and Photographer is unable to provide the Client with the agreed photography services and/or products, then the Photographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. The Photographer and Client agree that the Photographer is not responsible for any damages, emotional or otherwise.
The Client(s) agree that the Photographer may use any photograph for publicity purposes. Such publicity and advertising may include but not be limited to publication on the Photographer’s website, blog, social media and use for studio samples.
The Photographer cannot be responsible for unusable shots due to distractions from the Client(s) or their guests (i.e. eyes being closed) and other circumstances beyond the Photographers control.
It is the Client(s) responsibility to inform all other attendees of this policy. This is to ensure the photographs are of a consistently high standard.
Safety
The studio is a working environment. Every effort has been made to minimise any risks or dangers. It is the client(s) responsibility to monitor and look after the children in their care. The photographer may give specific safety instructions for some shoots to protect the subject and it is the client(s) responsibility to ensure that instructions are followed.
Products
Digital images are supplied as individual JPEG files contained on a USB stick or digital download depending on your selected package or collection. A copy of the image usage terms can be requested at any time.
All wall mounted products and albums/books are made available for collection by the client(s) from my studio, or delivery by the Photographer, by prior arrangement.
The Photographer cannot guarantee that product specifications will not change over time. All Prints, Frames, Mounts, Albums and Books are supplied by a Professional Photographic Print Lab of the Photographer’s choice. The Photographer reserves the right to change Print Lab and/or Product specifications at any time.
Client(s) accept that the Photographer has no control over Print Lab product availability or manufacturing timescales.

Unless stated separately, special offers cannot be combined and used in conjunction with other offers.
